I offer a complimentary 10–15 minute consultation to help us get to know each other. This gives you an opportunity to ask questions, discuss your needs, and see if we’re the right fit for each other before beginning therapy.
If you decide we're the right fit and would like to start working together, I will then send you some welcome information which contains everything you'll need to know before our first session.

I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment where you can explore personal issues or difficulties. I use an integrative approach which draws upon many different modalities depending on the issues being addressed.
It is important that you feel comfortable with the types of therapy being offered, you will never be expected to engage with something you do not wish to proceed with.
Availability:
